Because of their involvement, we are free to concentrate our time and resources to increasing sales and to new-product development.

Over the course of more than 15 years, they have taken excellent care of our import business, providing superb attention to the everyday details of inventory receipts, customer service (including invoicing and A/R functions), order pick & pack, and general problem-solving. They have cheerfully met “impossible” deadlines. They competently handle complex EDI relationships with large retail customers, while giving each smaller customer the individual, specialized attention that is essential in today’s competitive marketplace.

Additionally, the Graphic Design department produces two superlative 100-page print catalogs per year for us, plus multiple other marketing projects. Their services include photography, design, layout, and printing, all at an economical price.

In short, Cannon Hill takes superb care of our business at a smaller cost, and with far less headaches, than if we were to do it ourselves. There are lots of fulfillment houses to choose from, but it’s unlikely that many provide the level of personalized service we enjoy. We feel very fortunate to be associated with Cannon Hill.

Since 2006, we have been collaborating and relying on Chatham Distribution for all our orders, national and international, and they have been in charged not only of the regular distribution of our products, but also of fulfilling and adjusting to all the labeling and shipping requirements established by big retailers like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Urban Outfitters…as well as reporting accurately and timely, and maintaining an excellent inventory service.

The level of professionalism in their customer service, as well, as the accuracy in the order delivering have been excellent. Chatham Distribution has a great team that is always available and that can easily adjust to any specific demands or services that you might need.
